Our Future

With 1 out of every 100 children born on the Autism Spectrum in the USA, there will be someone known to you and your family that is affected by autism in some way. Now is the time to implement programs that will provide training and care for the more than 3,240,000 children that will be born in America next year requiring special services. Autism Oasis For Kids has solutions, and although we are a growing operation, we need to grow exponentially to accommodate the increasing need.

We are the only Autism dedicated school in Alachua and 5 other surrounding counties. We receive referrals from CMS (Children’s Medical Services), Shand’s at Vista, Meridian Hospital, Pediatricians, ESE teachers, therapists, and of course parents. To continue to be the industry leaders in this area, we need your help.

We would like to see a larger facility in the Gainesville region that serves children in a rural setting. A new 10 to 20 acres facility would accommodate horses for hippotherapy, a petting zoo for the special sensory-healing, gardens, nature walks and eco-labs. We already have preliminary architectural drawings for our purpose built Autism Center, accommodating a large sensory-integration room with state of the art equipments, classrooms, therapy rooms and a commercial kitchen to accommodate these children’s special diet.
