Our Mission

We are dedicated to addressing the challenges of autism using gentle, effective, and diverse methodologies, both research-based and leading edge. Our strategies are safe, child-centered, and attend to each child’s physical, emotional and psychological needs. We facilitate children on the autism spectrum to become successful in a loving environment that is profoundly respectful and nurturing.

Our Unique Contribution

We are committed to addressing the challenges of autism using breakthrough strategies that are research-based.

Our paradigm is child-focused instead of disorder-focused.
Each child is unique. Our approach is customized to attend to each student’s individual physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

  • Children with autism have impaired information processing. At Autism Oasis for Kids, we create custom designed environments to reduce sensory overload, thus allowing them to focus on learning rather than coping.
  • The children are involved with the local community through community projects, volunteers, and field trips.
  • We want Autism Oasis for Kids to be the premier solution for autistic children in Alachua and surrounding counties.
  • Each child is unique. Our approach is customized to attend to each student’s individual physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
